Hi
I'm just after a few ideas on how best to visualise a customer to product dataset where 1 customer has many products (the products are telephony related subscription services and there are 4 types of product e.g. mobile, fixed, broadband, TV)
There are a number of ideas I have but with my limited experience with Qlik I'm struggling to find the correct syntax
Average products per customer = no. of products/Count of customers - I'm OK with that
Count of Distinct Customers - OK with that
List of customers with the total number of each product that they have e.g. 1 customer may have 10 mobile products, 4 fixed products etc. I can do this using a pivot table I guess?
No of Customers with the number of distinct products they have so for example 1000 Customers have all 4 products, 2000 have 3 products etc. - struggling with this one
Any ideas on great ways to visualise this would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance
Kevin
Why don't you try generating/extracting some sample data so we can have something to work with.
Thanks Justin I'll do that later - just need to anonymise appropriately
Apologies I thought I had already loaded the sample data some time ago, I must not have hit the "submit" button
