Vizlib Licensing for Expanding Qlik Sense to Dev and QA Environments
Hello Qlik Community,
We currently use Vizlib with a single Qlik Sense license for our client-managed production environment and are planning to expand by setting up separate Development (Dev) and Quality Assurance (QA) environments. I'm uncertain about how the licensing works for Vizlib when managing multiple environments.
Could someone help with the following questions?
Do we need to purchase additional Vizlib licenses for our Dev and QA environments, or can we use the same license across all environments?
How is Vizlib licensing managed when working with multiple Qlik Sense environments (Prod, Dev, QA)?
Are there any best practices or special configurations needed when integrating Vizlib into Dev and QA environments?
Any guidance or advice from others who have gone through this process would be greatly appreciated!
Best bet is to contact Vizlib directly and ask them, but I believe as long as it's the same user, the number of environments doesn't matter. Not sure, though.
