What is the main diff between Sept 2017 mobile app support vs cloud ?

QLik now launch the iOS mobile app support .

I Notice that Qlik already have cloud service . Which can be access iphone.

i Like to know the different.

let me start with one major diff is :-

it support off line , mean app can download to Ipad and view report off line.

HOpe other can share what are the other benefit ?
