Where is Label Orientation?

Hello, I'm using Qlik Sense September 2018 version

I have a combo plot with both bars and circles. I am trying to orient my x-axis labels to horizontal, but that option seems to be missing in the appropriate location, see:

The strange thing is that in other combo charts I do have the option. What's the deal? Thanks.
