XRFKEY Error | Websocket Error |

Hi, All I am getting this error while testing for Websocket Connectivity. Authentication Part shows error.

was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure XMLHttpRequest endpoint 'http://analytics.xyz.xxx.in/analytic/hub/?xrfkey=0123456789abcdef'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

After running for sometime

This is the error we get, if we are doing any load it will continue to load in background of this error, it occurs even if we are constantly working on it and not keeping it idle, either just after login or after few minutes.

Already tried https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/Hub-access-times-out-with-Error-Connection-l...

and other methods to keep alive and timeout, change in proxy.config

used WS Connection Tester on local too Authenticated error sometime comes there and sometimes not.

This is the error we are getting on local using Console Options in Developer Options of Chrome wss://localhost/analytic/app/engineData Websocket connection failed

In local there is no error of timeout or refresh is coming. Problem is on client side network only and it is working on outside network too. How can this problem be resolved?

Hello @neerajthakur

The message you are receiving points to either a misconfigured allow list or mixed content. See Mixed Content and CORS error for Access-Control-Allow-Origin, Mashup fails to load when deployed on ....

Though reading through your post, it seems you are attempting to troubleshoot general connectivity issues to Qlik Sense itself?

Can you clarify the issue you are facing, leaving out the websocket tester for now, and simply outlining the problem, including the errors you are seeing (both in the log files and on screen).

All the best,
Sonja
