background layer map issue

Hello,

I can't add a background map layer.

Url is working and wizard returns me some option.. but after added it, I can't see it. Can you advice something me?

WMS Url: http://wms.pcn.minambiente.it/ogc?map=/ms_ogc/WMS_v1.3/Vettoriali/Sezioni_Censimento_2001.map
