db insert scripting question

I want to load the csv file loaded from Qlik Sense into the DB, but it's not working.
How can I load it into the DB table?

This error message is returned by your database which is PostgreSql, you can google the error message "there is no unique....." to search for solutions  regarding this 

Also I suggest using other solutions to insert data into the database.
