error when downloading data

Today I will make a download of data from my Qlik sense desktop and I get the following error. please request your help to solve this inconvenience

Make sure the file you downloaded actually is an excel document. Just because it has an .xlsx extension does not mean it's an excel file. Possibly it's a webpage that contains javascript that will return the excel file when opened in a browser. You've told Qlik Sense to expect an excel file, so if it's a webpage instead you get an error.
