how give the access a set of user

Hello,

I have an Application, but I would like to show this App just a set of user with specific criteria.

Should I use in this case the Section access? How?

I need to give permission at users that in my data base have the follow property:

give access to user that are in:

Select * from user_tbl

where role like 'R'.

Do you have some ideas?
