how to adjust table so columns are in 100% of table width

I am familiar with how to adjust the column widths, edit, apply changes, but is there a way to get this table using 100% of the space? If I drag the rightmost column slider to the right...it keeps on going and the data will be hidden, especially when users with small screens view. Why isn't the table responsive? Do I just have to drag it as close as possible to the right edge?
