how to load data from email attachment - Exchange Server

I receive a daily email with a tab-delimited text file attachment. This is on Exchange server and Office365. It appears the web connectors have an office365 connector...has anyone done this successfully and have example of the best way?

when I attempt to use the connector, it demands to have permission to practi ally everything on the account. Can this be limited? Security team does not want to allow this.
