I downloaded Qlik Sense by the instructions, but when I press the icon on my desktop of "Qlik Sense Desktop" - I get this message:
"You need to log in against Qlik Sense Enterprise or Qlik Sense Business. You can read more about logging in here: "
and there is a button: "Add authentication link"
when I press I'm directed to screen named "Add authentication link" with an explanation, but I can't do nothing happens.
I also signed in the community and got authentication to my mail and press it, but still I cant open the program, as I described
I will be happy if you can assist me

Hi @gazit111
Please follow these steps:
- Login to the Qlik Developer Site using your GitHub login credentials Qlik Developer Site
- Select your profile at the Qlik Developer Site
- On the left side panel, near its bottom, Click on Learn More at the Unlock Qlik Sense Desktop area.
- Click on the Download QSD Unlock File button.
- Once the download finalize, click on the Show in folder option.
- Select the qsd-xxxx-...-xx.json file and Copy it.
- Now paste the qsd ... .json file into the Documents\Qlik\Sense\Trial folder, if the Trial folder does not exist, you should create it.
- Now, open your Qlik Sense Desktop Application (If you already have a Qlik Sense Cloud account, you can login with it, follow the green arrows) and click on the Back button at the top-right of the screen.
- After clicking the Back button, you reach the Launch button (top-right) please notice the Trial Expires message, you should download a new QSD ... json file around that day following this very same procedure.
- Congratulations, you started Qlik Sense Desktop using the QSD ... json trial file, enjoy
Hope this helps,
Arnaldo Sandoval
