"Dynamic Views" and "App navigation links" options not visible in Qlik Sense assets panel

Hello Qlik community,

in Qlik Sense assets panel I have no options to choose "dynamic views" and "App navigation links". What do I need that it is available there?

in the assets drag the button option from the charts to the sheet so that in properties section u will find the navigation option and dynamics views option in Actions

But how can I create dynamic views if I do not have the option in assets panel?
