"Patchee" error

Using Sense Enterprise June 2017:

I got this error when I tried to re-order two measures in a KPI, simply by dragging one measure above the other in Edit mode.

I clicked Close, and the KPI looks like this, with no end in sight after a few minutes:

Clicking Cancel raises this error:

Refreshing the web page cleared it, and the KPI was back to how it was.

Wondering if this is a bug, or a memory issue on my server, or ?

I believe its memory issue,

some of the objects it will keep on loading if the memory is less

This answer seems right, though I haven't seen it recur since.
