simple KPI with dimension = YEAR unable to sort 2016 appear on 1st left column

Hi All

I just try to use KPI with dimension , i notice that i am not able to sort the year field at dimension.

My data have 17 year , i try to sort by year by manual , i select number and sort by high to lo. but it does not sort.

Hope some one can advise me.
