unknown error QlikSense Desktop

Hi,
When I press the reload button in the script, qlikSense Desktop gives the following error:  unknown error.
But this user has a professional license.

Does it mean, You have taken lease from Professional license? This will come when they hit reload button without refresh the data connection.

But the data connection is ready, you can see in the file .jpg.

I've noticed last time and developed the same as per Link and after that, I never noticed similar error
