Automation scheduler doesn't know how many days a month has
We have an automation that should run on every 1st of a month. However, the QAA scheduler doesn't know which month it is, it simply executes it every 30 days, which makes it unusable.
We really wonder who can use the setting Month (30d) effectively, because 1st of month is a very common und often needed requirement for a lot of use cases. With every month that has a 31st, it will shift away further and further from the 1st of month. And think about February...
In Cloud Reporting instead, they implemented it correctly. So why not reusing this snippet of code for the scheduler in Automations too?
Also missing in QAA: quarterly, yearly, cron expression
We spent a lot of time on our complex automation, but now we can't put it into production.
We really hope Qlik will put more effort in designing QAA holistically and sustainable. It has a lot of interesting blocks and functionality, but the current scheduler devalues it and limits it's capabilities.
