How to replicate data daily from an Azure SQL production database to a non-production one?

I'm trying to create a replication routine to send data from our Azure SQL production database, to another Azure SQL non-production instance (we don't have sensitive information in them). I don't want to create a handmade solution because i'm sure that something like that should already exist.

I've tried to set up SQL Data Sync and it almost worked, the problem is that even configuring the conflict resolution as "Hub win", I have conflicts that break the synchronization when there is data inserted only on the target database.

I've thought that Data Sync would track insertions made after the "last synchronization", and delete them automatically. But it appears to not work this way, or maybe i'm not configuring it right.

Does anyone have already done something like that? How?
