An Error Occurred - Salesforce Connector

Hello,

I'm trying to set up the Qlik Sense Desktop connection with Salesforce by SF Connector. However, I always get the following warning message "an error occurred". How Can I solve this problem?

Take a look at the logfile in C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Custom Data\QvSalesforceConnector\Log

Thanks fosuzuki, after looking at the log file  I've solved my problem passing the correct credentials and getting all the firewall permissions.
