Broken image?

Hello,

When I used Image representation (image is in a URL) in table chart, I'm getting a broken image. I found this (https://community.qlik.com/t5/Deployment-Management/Qlik-Sense-broken-image-links-after-migration-to...) as a "solution" but I'm not sure where to find the settings to update? I have all the admin rights in Qlik Sense. Any advice is appreciated

Hello @snancyiv ,

If you are able to see the images when using RDP directly to the server and using https://localhost/hub, then as the discussion you linked pointed out, you need to open port 445 between the Qlik Sense server and the Web server (e.g. IIS).

You should be able to test this by using the following command in PowerShell:

Test-NetConnection -ComputerName webserverfqdn -Port 445

Where webserverfqdn is the hostname of the Webserver.  As shown here:  https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-To-Check-Open-Ports-Using-PowerShell/ta-...
