Cal Issue - User facing cal error and are not able to access even if Cal's are assigned to the user

Document Cal's are assigned to users and still every other day user faces cal issue and dashboards are not accessible.

This  applies to all users at the same time.

Support person, usually restarts qlikview  services to resolve this issue. 

We are not sure why this happens and how to resolve this. Can someone advise here.

Error - Access denied. The server(name) has no USer Call for your account.

Do I understand it right - a running system becomes inaccessible in regard to the access point after a day respectively n hours? And after a re-start everything worked again? If so it seems that some QlikView server services has stopped and/or that the communication between the various services is broken and the re-start restores the defaults again.

To the why you need to look on the various log-files to get a hint what happens - whereby most likely will be that the system were to any time overloaded (very shortly is enough), for example if the RAM were exceeded and the OS starts to remove important data from it to survive itself. If this should be the case the working set settings needs to be adjusted in regard to the parallel running tasks and users and/or of course more RAM is added.
