Can't connect to QlikView Desktop outside server

I'm having problems connecting to QlikView Apps outside the server.

I am connected with my notebook to the network and still can't connect to any app.

Hello,

Please confirm the following :

1. Confirm that port 4747 is open between you and the server.
2. Confirm that you can resolve the name of the server and or IP from your laptop
3. Does your account exist exist in the Qlikview environment?
4. Are you using a domain account ?
