Can we write a Custom REST connector in QlikCloud (i.e. Qlik SaaS)

I would like to connect to cloud sources in Qlik Cloud but there's no native connector and the REST api connector will not work for it. I have a QVX I wrote before for QSEfW but need to migrate or convert it for SaaS

Might anyone have done this before?

Qlik cloud does not support custom connectors, so It's very likely that it won't work.

As an alternative, I would suggest you using the ODATA connector since it complements the rest connector.
