Cannot log on

When I enter my log in info it says there is a problem and wont let me in app.  I changed my password and it still doesn't work.

Hi @Nick22,

Where are you trying to login? Is it Qlik Sense Cloud or Qlik sense enterprise?

A screenshot would be nice so that I can check.
