Configuring OnDemand Reporting in the print button for business users

Hello, 

 Currently after creating a N printing template for On Demand Reporting.   I bring in the OnDemand Reorting extension into the frontend and configure it to detect the N printing report and N printing connection. 

The problem I'm currently facing is,  when I try to configure the OnDemand Reporting extension for other users  for the same dashboard it does not work.

Please advice. We have UAT going on, and there is lot of dependency on this particular N printing feature

Could you attach a screenshot, of what the other users are seeing, when you are trying to configure the OnDemand extension?
