Connect New Data Source - Unknown Error

I installed Qlik Sense Desktop version(June 2020 Patch 2 Update 1) . I created Test App and when I tried to connect data source, Message 'Unknown Error' is throwing and it keeps on showing like this. Is there anything missing here? It has become a blocker for me to start development. Any way to fix this.

Also, when I checked the log, in ..\Qlik\Sense\Log\Engine\Admin-PC_System_Engine_2020-07-23.log folder it is showing like below
