Connect Qlik Sense to MongoDB Atlas
Trying to connect Qlik Sense cloud to MongoDB Atlas DB 4.2 and running out of options.
Getting the following error:
ERROR [HY000] [Qlik][MongoDBODBC] (110) Error from MongoDB Client: No suitable servers found (`serverSelectionTryOnce` set): [Invalid reply from server. calling ismaster on 'xxxx-biconnector.xxx.mongodb.net:27015'] (Error Code: 13053)
I have whitelisted the US IPs in Atlas https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge-Base/Qlik-Sense-SaaS-editions-IP-addresses-and-DNS-names/ta-...
I have tried using username/password with the MongoDB Atlas credentials. Also tried with the BI connector specific credentials which you get after enabling BI feature on the cluster.
No joy. Is this supposed to work, are there any documentation around this?
