Dear Qlik-Community,
I am quite new to Qlik Sense, first of all. I have a question regarding integration of SAP BW.
Connection is successfully setup, connection is fine. I am now at the point to form a query and started like this:
LIB CONNECT TO 'Sap BW'
Facts:
Load 0 as ID Autogenerate 0;
then i want to form a select statement. I tried several syntaxes but e.g. for this I get "EMPTY_QUERY":
SELECT [SapQueryName]
(
Dimensions (
[FieldName] ()
)
)
From [InfoProvider];
Needless to say that i don't use slice or measures - the table has no measures.
I could not find a source telling me what exactly "EMPTY_QUERY" means = no results?
Connection is fine, load script log says "Connected" - if i change the infoprovider or query name, a different error is thrown.
Question: What exactly is the syntax for a select statement referring to SAP BW / BEX?
Couldn't find anything...
