Connect To Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations

Hi All,

I am looking for some guidance to connect to a MS D365 F&O (FinOps) environment using Qlik Sense SaaS. I have tried using the Rest Connector as well as OData, but not able to authenticate.

I also tried the D365 CRM connector just for in case, but that also did not work.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Wynand

Hi, it's been a while since the last post here. The current solution would be to create an Azure Synapse Analytics Workspace +  an Azure Data Lake Storage (all in Azure). With the help of MS Power Platform you can then create an "Azure Synapse Link" and copy your D365 Tables to the Azure Data Lake over this Link ("Delta Parquet" or (Delta)- Format). From there you can grab the *snappy.parquet Files with Qlik Saas. you will probably have to build a logic in Qlik script in order to meaningfully concat the parquet files (insert , update, delete).

Do you pay an extra for Azure Synapse Link?

Hey do you have step by step documents for this ? I have successfully set up my Synapse Link. However, I am not able to connect to my Qlik.
