Connector error: closing data chunk stream from client from File Access Gateway after 16 minutes of reloading files from On Premise

(Connector error: closing data chunk stream from client) from File Access Gateway

What seems to be causing this error and how can we resolve it?

Attached here are the logs and content of the json file stated in the connectoragent logs
