Could not connect to the opened app.

Hi,

I'm currently trying to use the Qlik Sense OLE DB connection wizard.  When I test the connection I get Test successful.  When I try to use the same database parameters as in my TNSNAMES, or when I try to format in accordance with OLEDB strings I get the "Could not connect to the opened app." error.  Any suggestions on how to fix this or what the correct format is the ideal data source string for OLEDB?

Note: I do replace DATABASE_NAME with the TNSNAMEs name for my database.
