Creating existing Qlikview SAP BW connection In QLIKSENSE

When we create SAP BW connection in qliksense we are facing some error like below. This SAP BW connection is already working fine in Qlikview. But when we tried to create the same connection we faced this issue. How to resolve this.

I don't think it's the connector that's causing you trouble, its rather something in the network - it seems your qlik server can't reach the target server.

A long shot: we've got a supplier that for safety reasons only let whitelisted servers access their database. So when we replace a server, or add a new one, we need to make sure the supplier whitelists our server's new IP address.
