Custom Connector Qlik Sense Adaption Resources

Hello guys,

I was trying to implement a custom connector for qlik sense but realise that the samples (EventLogSimple, EventLogElaborate, QvFacebookConnector) provided in the QvxSDK_2.0 download did not include the necessary js files (selectdialog.js, connectdialog.js) for Qilk Sense Adaption.

Is there any location where I can download the mentioned files as a base to start?
