I found the reason.
When loading for the first time, register customer information at the very beginning.It occurred because there was no matching value for the column value.

Hi @kojin777 The reload logs show how many fields are loaded; the log is found in either C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Script or ArchivedLogs\<server>\Script if it's archived.If the same table has been successfully loaded in the previous app, can you reload the new app again to see if it works?
