In order to conduct big data load and reload in Qlik Sense, I'd like to understand the data load in Qlik Sense in the following aspects:
1. Data load with Data load editor.
What I understand is, it is the fundamental and the only method to communicate with Qlik Engine, all the other data load methods like Data Manager needs to convert to one script(maybe implicit) to communicate with Qlik Engine. Do I understand it right? Also, the Load data in Data load editor is for all tables loading, it will remove the existing tables and create new tables. Then how to conduct data reload with Data load editor??? Keep the existing tables but with more rows on the same table, or more tables in the app without destroying the existing tables?
2. The data load with Data Manager.
When adding data with Data Manager, the added table has one asterisk above. It means the table is not loaded. Now, when we click the Load data in Data Manager, it will trigger the data load, but is this data loading for all tables, or just the new added ones while keeping the existing tables unchanged??
3. In single table preview, there is also one Load data function. Does this only load this single table or all tables?
4. In Analysis sheet, there is also Data reload button, will this reload affect all the tables or just the changed tables? Like one added table, or table with updated values?
5. Data Manager and Data Load Editor Sync..
If we want to see the Data Model in Data Manager which is loaded with Editor, we need to Sync it. Couldn't get it. Why? Do the data storage location for Editor and Data Manager differ??? Data load editor loads data in one lower location, while Data manager moves the data or add another properties. Then we need to sync it?? What does the Sync do?
