Data refresh based on the country

Hi Experts,

I have a simple question but did not receive unambiguous answer.

I want to refresh data in data load editor but it keeps failing (please see screenshot below). App use connection to MSSQL server. Does my internet speed could affect that? Or maybe the country where I am in the moment (although it worked in first week)? Other apps from different data source work perfectly fine.

Until now I thought Qlik cloud will work anywhere if only there is internet.

Thanks

My guess is that something changed on the client side. Can you confirm with them?

Hi @Ernests,

Your internet connection should not matter unless your SQL Server Database is hosted in your local machine.

Question: what is exactly the connector you are using? Make sure you are using the correct connection settings and if you have access to the tables that you need.

Regards,

Mark Costa

Hi @marksouzacosta,

I am using Microsoft SQL Server:

Qlik via this connection is accessing to clients database and at the beginning I was able to get all data tables I wanted. When I travelled to another country first I could not access database using dBeaver even when I used vpn and after a week I cannot refresh data in Qlik Sense app. So I want to clarify is it on my side (Qlik) or something is changed on client side (MSSQL server).
