Dedicate Sense app to DEV RIM (a or b) depending on AD Usergroup

system environment:
- Qlik Sense Nov 2018 Patch 3
- Central node" prod", which is also production node, has repository and carries shared folder for apps and stuff
- RIM node "dev-external", configured as development node 
- RIM node "dev-internal", configured as development node

- active directory works
- active directory user group "internal" and active directory user group "external" (no overlapping)

- custom property "production" assigned to production apps

result should be:
- (User "internal" creates a app OR works with an app) AND app has no "production"custom property -> RIM node internal should do CPU and RAM work
- (User "external" creates a app OR works with an app) AND app has no "production"custom property -> RIM node external should do CPU and RAM work

- app has custom property "production" assigned -> Central node production should do the work

Is this possible?

What security rules do i have to change or to create?

you will use load balancing rule , those rules dictates which app will be available on which node .
