Does Standard Mode still work if Legacy mode is enabled?

I want to enable Legacy Mode for a particular QlikSense app, because I need it to delete a QVD file daily from our server and I have read this is impossible in Standard Mode. However I have other apps that are already set up to run using Standard Mode. If I enable Legacy Mode on the server, will my Standard Mode apps stop functioning correctly?

Hi, standard mode syntax stills works after enabling legacy mode.
