ERROR CONNECTING TO POSTGRE

Hello, trying to connect to a PostreSQL DB from Qlik Enterprise but it is not working, please advice.

I am getting the below error.

ERROR [28000] [Qlik][PostgreSQL] (10) Error occurred while trying to connect: [SQLState 28000] FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "172.30.181.4", user "temba", database "PostgreSQl", SSL on FATAL: no pg_hba.conf entry for host "172.30.181.4", user "temba", database "PostgreSQl", SSL off
