We currently experiencing failed status for License and Operations Monitor Apps. 

I attached shows when checking the app on the Qlik Hub.

Qlik Sense Enterprise May 2024 version.

Did you upgrade Qlik Sense recently ? 
If yes, it's because the app cannot be migrated, then maybe you can import the new one:

Hi @mpc , No, this is a freshly installed May 2024 version. I don't have an old version of Qlik Sense in my unit. So I don't know why I encountered this error.

Hi, 

Ok, then, can you check if the Service Account using for running Qlik Sense services is administrator of the server, and has full access (write/read) on the Qlik Share folder ?
