Error creating new connections

Hello

I can not create new connections.

I created a test application and tried to add the connections, but the screen when clicking on "Add Data" the screen only is loading and clicking on Load Data Editor in Create new connection does not open the options.

I am accessing the system with the admin user, I verified the settings and the user is allowed by RootAdmin
