Error message during load phase

Hi all,

Does anybody have any insight as to what is causing this error message and how to resolve?

Connecting to a MYSQL database, c12,000,000 rows of data, the load time before failure is between 4 & 6 minutes, it usually fails at around row 1,000,000.

It's a timeout problem, are you using our connector or a third party one?

Have you contacted your DB administrator already? 

You probably can configure something in the connection string but you probably need to double check with your DB you are able to do so.
