Extract office 365 MS Teams Calls for Analysis

Hi there,

right now at our Company we have a office 365 MS Teams Callcenter Solution, so my question is how to get the data out of the MS Teams Callcenter soultion into Qliksense for analyzing purposes.

I think that I had recently read that Teams has meanwhile inbuilt analysis features. Quite probably they won't fulfil all requirements but maybe there are any export-features included.

I don't know if there is any direct access from the outside to Teams available. If not you may consider to transfer your wanted information per PowerAutomate to SharePoint and accessing then the information per web-connector from there:
