I have a MongoDB connection in Qlik Sense Enterprise and I am accessing a table from that database. However, I can only access 17 fields in that table, and 2 fields are missing.
The MongoDB team has ingested those fields on their end, and they are visible in their database, but they are not visible in the Qlik MongoDB table.
We have two connections: one for the PRODUCTION server and one for the DEV server. This issue is occurring in the PRODUCTION server but not in the DEV server.
I believe in MongoDB you can hide fields from users. Maybe this is the settings that is missing from the user that connects Qlik to your Production Database. You'll have to double check that again with your DBA.
Is this a nested collection/Json. MongoDB Driver (behind Qlik connector) flattens nested jsons. Do you see another tables also listed. Check if that other table has those fields. In that case, the other table will have a foreign key associated with the main table.
