Getting Error while applying the NPrinting backup from old domain server to new domain server.

Hi All,

I am getting error while applying the NPrinting backup. I have taken backup from old server which is old domain. Now I have installed NPringting server on new domain and applied the licenses. After that trying to restore the backup. Please find the below error screenshot with command which i am using.

these are the command which i am using to apply the backup.

cd C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\Tools\Manager

Qlik.Nprinting.Manager.exe restore -f C:\NPrintingBackups\NP_Backup.zip -p "C:\Program Files\NPrintingServer\pgsql\bin" --pg-password Mypwd

Could you please help on this to resolve the issue.

Note: I stopped the services while executing the restore commands.

Are you using the same Qlik NPrinting version between old and new server ?

No, different NPrinting  version and domain different.

Ok that's why, when you restore a backup, the NPrinting version need to be the same as before

Do we need Admin account to take the NP backup?

Yes, it's mandatory.

Thank you for your suggestion. Now I am able to restore backup from old domain server to new domain server. But After apply the backup i am unable to login new NP. Please suggest me on this.
