How can Qlik connect to MS Axapta

Hi All,

i am asking about what is the best practice to connect Qlik with MS Axapta, can i connect directly through the AX backend or i should have a connector in that case?

I'm rather new to qlik sense but have years of experience with axapta. Until a year ago axapta was our erp system, still operational for one module.

I would create a kind of datawarehouse where you prepare you data because I found axapta datastructure rather complex.

It all depends on the complicity of your axapta, the data you want to retrieve and access to the db server....
