As far as I understand it SnowMirror is a REST API tool which enables sync between ServiceNow and a local database of your choice. So they basicaly copy tables from ServiceNow to a MySQL database via SnowMirror (which is REST API). From Qlik they connect to this DB via ODBC.

Hi,

one of your clients uses two methods (they have a couple of SN instances).

1. in case of on-premise: direct access to SN database

2. in case of cloud version: they replicate required tables from SN via SnowMirror tool to a local database, Qlik then connects to this local database

Hope this helps

Hi Juraj,

Thank you for your reply.
If I understand case 2:

ServicesNow is connected to -> SnowMirror (local database) is connected to -> QlikSense?

But for the connection what method does it use? Rest Soap ODBC ...?

Thank you for your answers.
