How to connect sense directly to helpdesk(microsoft365) or Plumsail?
i'm developing a helpdesk app on Sense , but at the moment the data source is an excel file that every evening automatically downloads the data from Helpdesk on Sharepoint (web app), but then i load this excel file manually on Sense.
I need to understand if it's possible to connet Sense directly to the helpdesk or to Plumsail(because the helpdesk is implemented on sharepoint via plumsail) , because the step with the excel file is not so convenient to use
