How to permanently delete User Directory Connector

Hi Guys,

I have a problem with the User Directory Connectors in Qliksense. I have created a UDC using Excel ODBC and have synced all the users. Later I have created another connection for SQL via ODBC and synced all the users. There are some users that are common in both the connections. After creating two connections, I have deleted the Excel ODBC connection and user under that connection. We are using SAML authentication.

Problem is, when ever a user access the hub, access pass is getting allocated for the Excel user and the user is appearing in the users tab. I keep deleting them and they keep appearing. I have searched for the solution and could not find it. Can anyone please help me on this.
