Issue with Document Analyzer V1.8

We tried to install the Document Analyzer V1.8 tool as per our client's requirement in our multi-node server where we are facing the below issues

Virual Proxy:

We are using the same hostname which is used in the authentication URL. There is no firewall that blocks the requests as well. 

So, could you please help us?
